What is the Old Hat Project?

When deciding to get into instant photography, I really didn’t understand what I was getting into. I can’t even remember how or why I had decided to do it. It was back in the fall of 2018. I just told my mom that for Christmas, I wanted the Polaroid OneStep+ for Christmas, and she got it for me. The only reason I chose that camera, was that it has manual setting capabilities that the OneStep2 did not have. The next thing I knew, I was buying film like crazy and searching antique stores for old Polaroid cameras.

Looking back, I wish I had more direction on what I was getting myself into. At the time, I had already purchased an old Polaroid camera at an estate sale, and didn’t even realize I could still use it! I felt silly after I had figured that out, 8 months later.

So all that being said, I would like to invite you to follow my website for information on all things Instant Photography. I dive into different topics revolving around Polaroid and Instax film cameras.
